Additional Information
We will deliver your flowers to your chosen address within the time selected. If you are not in, we will leave your flowers in your chosen safe place or with a neighbour. You will receive a flower delivery card through your door to inform you of this.
If you feel you are just outside our delivery area, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you.
All our flowers are ordered in totally fresh which may mean some flowers are tight in bud. Don’t be concerned: once they are cut and in water they will soon open and, this way, they will simply last longer for you to enjoy.
If you need additional flowers for a special occasion, you can easily increase the number of subscription boxes sent to you.
We have designed our subscription service with the planet in mind: our packaging is recyclable; our food sachets are compostable; and our beautiful ribbon is re-usable!
If you have an allergy to lilies, we can provide lily-free boxes. To get this set up on your account, please contact us at info@flowerscent.co.uk
If you have any further questions or queries, please contact our helpful, friendly team at: info@flowerscent.co.uk or telephone us on: 0115 9504045.
